You receive returns either through the sale of harvested produce or the guaranteed buyback option offered by Shah Capital Hub.
Returns and timelines may vary depending on the type of tree and market conditions.
3. 💸 Investment Plans and Buyback Options
Each tree ownership plan is clearly defined, specifying the price, duration, and estimated returns.
Guaranteed Buyback Option: We offer a guaranteed buyback after the maturity period, ensuring you receive your promised returns.
Payout Timeline: Returns are disbursed at the end of the investment period or upon successful harvesting and sale.
4. 📅 Ownership and Duration
Tree ownership remains valid for the specified duration mentioned in the investment plan.
During this period, Shah Capital Hub retains the right to manage and cultivate the trees to ensure optimal growth and returns.

Ownership of the trees is non-transferable without prior written consent from Shah Capital Hub.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, ownership may be transferred to a legal heir upon submission of valid documentation.

While we ensure best practices in cultivation and management, returns are subject to natural factors (such as climate, pests, etc.) that may affect yield.
We provide a guaranteed buyback option to mitigate any unforeseen risks.

No Cancellation After Confirmation: Once the tree ownership plan is purchased, it cannot be canceled or modified.
